Welcome to your EIT journey! To ensure you get maximum results from this life-changing program, please complete these essential setup steps:
Step 1: Take Your Baseline Assessment Complete your assessments (links located at the beginning of the course) to establish your starting point. This objective measurement will track your progress from wherever you are now to your neurosis target of below 40% (ideally 25-30%) for complete emotional wellness.
Step 2: Schedule Your 6Rs Practice Times (see Module 1 for details) Based on your assessment results, you'll be assigned to either Group B (3x daily) or Group C (5x daily) for the 6Rs technique. Block these times in your calendar now—consistency is the key to rewiring your brain's threat detection system.
Step 3: Prepare Your Practice Space Identify a quiet space where you can complete your 6Rs without interruption. Whether it's a corner with a rocking chair or a walking path, having your designated space ready eliminates barriers to daily practice.
Step 4: Connect with Your Coach (if applicable) If you're working with a certified EIT coach, schedule your first session within 48 hours. Your coach will help personalize the techniques to your specific neurological patterns and keep you accountable for transformation.
